Traditional bigos, prepared from sauerkraut, meat, and carefully selected spices. Cooked slowly to achieve an exceptionally deep flavor.

Ingredients: sauerkraut, white cabbage, pork, pork jowl, pork hock, fresh onion, dried forest mushrooms, dried plums, marjoram, table salt, tomato paste, allspice, bay leaf, garlic, mustard, nutmeg, coriander, juniper, sugar.
Allergens: MUSTARD.
Storage: After opening, store at 0–5°C and consume within 3 days.
