The company was born out of a passion for producing sausages and smoked meats — a passion instilled in me by my father and grandfather when I was just 9 years old. At the age of 15, in 1988, I began learning the trade of Meat Processing Operator. After graduating in 1991, I started working in this profession and have been dedicated to it ever since.
Throughout all these years, I have been creating products tailored to my own taste, constantly searching for new and unique flavors. I have always wanted — and still want — to make healthy products, following traditional principles and smoking them in the old-fashioned way, using wood in a traditional smokehouse.
Until recently, creating these products was just a hobby. But after much encouragement from friends who love my products, I decided to start producing them on a larger scale. That’s why I founded Yummy Sausage Ltd — to share the unique flavors of sausages and cold cuts I created with a wider audience.
